COURSE OVERVIEW

In addition to being an employee, your new role as a Manager will depend on your abilities to be successful as a coach, team builder, delegator, project manager, employee motivator and disciplinarian. This workshop will prepare you for the roles you are expected to master while managing your own career. Now that your boss, peers and new subordinates will have different expectation of you, it is important for you to understand how to effectively communicate, delegate and manage priorities.
